What does everyone plan to do with all of their extra space when they've cleared the stash? I intend to get somewhere to store loo rolls out of sight and have plenty of space to store towels. I think I'll get a nice wicker basket with a lid for loo rolls.

Used up a Sunsilk Deeply Brunette shampoo WIBA? Yes, I love the smell and it suits my hair as a daily wash, however, I have 3 of these in my stash plus 3 Herbal Essences, 1 John Frieda, 1 Avon, 1 Pantene and 1 Tresemme to go. I have been really good about not buying shampoo this year as my "stock" was huge but I must say I was quite surprised that this is all I've got left LOL. I've got tons of conditioner too, haven't counted that up yet, I'll do that when I use up my next one. While I was in the process of looking through my shampoos I came across some Natural Collection face wipes - yay, I thought I'd only got packs of Tesco ones left. I shall pop in to Home Bargains tonight to get Simple deodrant, and will try not to look at the other toiletries in case I spot some bargains. I am low on disposable razors though and so could be tempted if I see any decent ones.0

So far I have managed to free up a couple of shelves in the vanity unit for toilet rolls, mine & hubby's filled toilet bags & all cleaning products are now in there along with spare toothpaste, toothbrushes & mouthwash.
Good idea regarding the wicker basket, have been looking for something for the downstairs toilet so this would be a good option.0 -

There will be no extra space. This is stuff we didn't really have room forThe last of the excess stash remains in a plastic bag just sitting on bedroom floor.:o

extra space? what is that?!
Hopefully when I move in a couple of months there will be more space there but if the body shop glitches keep happening (fingers crossed) amongst others i think it will be replenished before long!0 -
Here's my problem (and I suspect others here are the same)....
Take one expensive product like perfume or Estee Lauder serum, I could literally fill a transit van with bargains for the price of that!! I'm spending very little but I have loads of stuff. I've become very selective about what I buy but still more things are coming in than being thrown out.
Yesterday's example: I got the sanctuary and soap and glory sets from the Grabbit board, 2 bottles of Charles Worthington shampoo for €1 each, lace tights RRP €9 for €0.50 on the Boots Clearance shelf and a grey knitted dress from Primark €3 on the sale rail, RRP €14.
Here's how I justify it: I pay a mortgage on my own so I have very little disposable income. I don't like cheap own brand products much (no offence to anybody who does--I know some of them are just as good). I like all the brands and fancy bottles, etc. I have a constant supply of these nice brands for minimal cost. Take things like the tights yesterday for 50cents--buying things like that at full price is very expensive but I never have to.
Last week my friend spent €80 in her local Chemist, not Boots so no points or offers. She got No7 day and night cream, approx €30 each, facewash, toothpaste, deodorant, shampoo and conditioner. I was slightly horrified, if I'm spending €80 I expect to be getting Estee Lauder, Lancome, etc for my money.Total debt 11/1/2011 €5350.65Total debt 12/12/12 €3222.31CrazyClothesChallenge 2013 #006 €34.08/€5000 -
Anybody know if many places outside of Boots sell No7, the chemist I'm talking about is in a small town in Ireland and I was amazed the first time I saw it there, I thought No7 was exclusive to Boots.Total debt 11/1/2011 €5350.65Total debt 12/12/12 €3222.31CrazyClothesChallenge 2013 #006 €34.08/€5000
