Yesterday's purchase was covered by a giftcard, so tecnically no-spend.

I also spent-money-to-save-money, buying an Eyelure eyebrow tint kit, never used before) This cost £6.99 for 12 applications and since it costs me a fiver to have eyebrows tinted and it never lasts very long anyway, is an MS purchase.

Used my £5 Telegraph BS voucher towards more Hemp Hand Protector, which is now a staple.

Finished the dreg of DD's large brunette Pantene shampoo last night. She's got long straight fine hair and has gone onto this Herbal Essences Body Envy volumising one

    http://www.herbalessences.com/us/collections/body_envy/shampoo.jsp

which she says she likes and bought it BOGOF at Tesco I think. Will pinch a bit tonight and see.

In case any newbies are wondering why I mostly talk about buying and not using-up, most of my stash has gone now, excepting body lotions/butters and a few other bits. This thread is helpful for me to keep disciplined and thoughtful about the things that I do buy!!:D

Morning I've been wondering where my use ups have gone ...

I used up a Dove bath creme wash last night WIBA umm it does what it says on the tin, nothing more, nothing less so I doubt i'll stay faithful - plenty more fun to be had trying others out ;)

I had to throw a gold liquid eyeliner out (sounds horrid but on sunny days a few dots above the eyelashes make the eyes sparkle!) as it was dried out but no massive loss there, i have gold eyeshadows that can achieve a similar look so i won't be buying this again

A clean & clear face wash/scrub WIBA i didn't find it very effective, it is a very gentle formula but I don't tend to get spots (only when I have some massive glitzy party to go to :rotfl: ) so i think i can do without

Used up disposable razor whilst away - no biggie!

And the dregs of a Swarzkopf Gliss conditioner last night WIBA it's ok, nice formula, but smell reminds me of a holiday last year that I'd rather forget about! Weird how smells can just transport you back - now I know why I abandoned it! :o

But don't you worry girls - my stash has been replenished from silly body shop glitches! I just can't help myself getting £95 worth of items for £14.40 delivered.....sorry!

I've decided to join up to this challenge as am trying to drastically reduce my outgoings this month. I have bags of No7 stuff and lots still left over from Christmas.

I will set myself a £10 budget for the month as I have a couple of No7 vouchers so will get more face wipes with those just to bulk out my stash.

So far this month - £0 spent! Used up - the James Brown conditioner that came free with Glamour a couple of months ago, and I am now using the Boots Essentials conditioner that I stockpiled when it was 79p with 50 points.

I've used up a Benefit lip gloss today called No Peeking. Was a lovely pink colour but I have similar ones so won't repurchase.
Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!

Any curly-headed girls here? i'm considering re-trying mousse. I use frizz ease and Tigi cur l cream mostly, and get GREAT results, but considering taking on crazy wreck of a house and will need to look vaguley presentable as cheaply as possible if I do, and mousse used to have a better hold than these two (I'd be doing a lot of manual work).

Is it weird that hair product impacts of lifestyle? I think so, ;)

Im PROPER curly when it feels like it - and I LOVE it !! I bought a load of tresemee hair smoothers and straightening thinngs about 2 years ago on ebay - and if I put them on, and leave it to dry, it goes all ringlety and soft... :)

Got my Glamour mag yesterday, and looking through it,I have to report that next month I will fail in my quest - they are giving away benefit make up worth 14.50 (cant remember what it was though - think was eye pencils and a coverup??) 3 different types with the mag.... that'll be 3 copies (4 if Im still "subscribing" !!) coming my way then....

OOOOOH - and guess who text me last night all full of apologies..... AARRSSEE !!!

Anoter question: has anyone used Nars foundation? whats it like?

I'm thinking I'm going to go with Dior nude this time. I feel a slight lure back to Chantecaille, but Nars caught my eye. I can't get that locally. Unless anyone knows if there will be any dior goodies with mulitple purchases anytime soon?

    Sounds interesting.

Does anybody know what fragrance the body shop butter with Marie Claire is?

I don't like the colours of the Nails Inc polishes with InStyle so a few pounds saved there.

Today I filled an empty pump bottle with 4 mini dove (necatrine fragrance)shower gels so 4 mini bottles in the recycling. Yay!

There are loads of mini bottles and sample sizes upsidedown in the bathroom almost empty. Looks really untidy but I don't throw things out until tubes have been cut in half and completely used up.
