Hi all hope you are ok, welcome to the newbies.

Well no use ups at the mo but will finish an fcuk body souffle soon, love the stuff. Kids and hubby all welll now so im still catching up with housework and trying to build the kids back up. Ive been searching for ways to increase their calorie intake in a reasionably healthy way and was wondering if anyone had any ideas/ recipes etc. I already add cheese and butter to foods to increase the calories and they are allergic to nuts so thats not an option. Any ideas would be gratefully recieved.

Ah Bronnie, if that's what you look like without the P&P then it's definately worth it because this is how I imagine you in my minds eye..... http://jgtwo.files.wordpress.com/2009/03/jane-fonda-74627.jpg and I think you look better like this :D.
LiR- I'm glad you too view Bronnie as a super efficient example of modern woman (it's not just me who has a mental picture of online *friends*!).
I have just finished off a 100ml tube of body spa hydrating body lotion. WIBA?: Highly unlikely. Still have 1 or 2 lotions in my stash :o. I have done PYNT- an absolutely fabulous totally un mumsy scarlet :j. I LOVE IT :D.

Glad to hear everyone's well again NaB. How about milk puddings, custard, rice pudding and yoghurt for a few days? You could also go with thinks like bananas instead of apples, a bit more oomph to them.

ahh girls i sucuumbed to the BS glitch BUT I did say last month i needed some body butters and was holding out for a good glitch! i got 3 full size body butters, 1 50ml body butter, 2 shower gels for £20.40 delivered....so definately worth it, but that is IT for the next couple of months!

NaB - I don't know how your children eat, but have you tried rice in tomato soup? its great for calories and vitamins but without too much fat and rubbish in it - it tastes so much better than it sounds! Also, egg in a cup was what my mum used to feed me after i'd been ill - a boiled egg mashed up in a cup with some butter and seasoning lol, glad they are better though :) x

I have to confess to making 3 BS orders:o But I have put the total spend in my signature in an attempt to shame me into spending nothing else the rest of the month. I am going to justify it by saying I was looking for a moisturiser with spf and I managed to get a vitamin C one, an aloe one, 3 gift sets, 2 soaps, 4 perfume gift boxes and 4 sugar spatulas for £11.20.

funny debidoodle. I think Bronnie is totally impeccable...she is,in my mind, one of those amazing people who can get dressed, then do some housework without getting covered in the dust she was vacuuming, or cook a meal without getting splashed and staining stuff.[/QUOTE]

Nooooooooo! So not me, I'm a !!!!!! at heart. I like my life to be simple and minimal because I so can't really be **sed to be doing housework all the time, but I like an uncluttered space because I find it more relaxing!

I spilt mushy peas all down the leg of my trousers in work tonight. :p

Shattering my illusions of immaculately presented Bronnie...the chicest woman in your career. I bet you are really.

I love mushy peas. I had them for the first time a few years ago and can't believe I never tried them before. I also love gerkins. I can take or leave chips....I like takeaway veg :D

    Oh, very kind words...... but she's a L'Oreal "girl" isn't she? :D

I'll let the P&P do it's work tonight and see if DD can take a half decent picture tomorrow, which I might be brave enough to post if I can master photobucket. Doh! That's the nice thing about the fashion thread, lots of the girls have got blogs, so you can see who you're chatting to so to speak

I second the egg suggestion, also full fat yogurt etc. HTH.

Hope you are all having a lovely short week of workies this week!

No further use ups to report but I am getting lower on the Elle McPherson body butter (at last) - maybe this week it'll go?
I have a tub of the shimmering stuff from this range - I've had it for years though it still looks pretty and smells great when I remember to use it!

Do you think a 30 something can get away with using a shimmering perfume on holiday. I got it out of my stash to use for every day but thought I'd better test it and it is definitely shimmering and certainly not work perfume or should I just e-bay it?
If you like it wear it - the shimmering would look lovely in the sun!

Thank you for this, very helpful. I always spend ages browsing in front of one wall of make-up with my boyfriend wondering why it's taking so long to weigh up the pros and cons of a lipstick... Good to know that I can spend less and still get quality!

I went to BS a wee while ago and was pleasantly suprised by the price of their delicious (don't eat it!) Carrot Moisturiser. It's so lush and only £3.99. The best I've ever tried for that price and beats many I've used that cost £10+. Totally recommend it - lasts pretty long if you're using it for your face too as you lonly need a little bit. Sorry to add temptation, thought it might be helpful! Other than that, haven't bought anything else. I have far too much to use up - including that damned Elle Mcpherson gloop!

    Have a lovely day! :D

Well for anyone who is not sure what I look like, I'm the image of my avatar :D- only better now that I'm working through my stash :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:.
DH wanted me to do his back last night so I opened up a Boots "The Spa" conditioning body moisturiser. Don't know when I bought this. It's very odd, it's in a bottle but you have to squeeze it out like toothpaste. I hope it doesn't go on too long, it's only 125ml. It's sitting down by my feet so I can keep applying it to my hands.
