Yesterday was NSD 11 - I was in the office until 8:30 but did really well on what Im working on so my boss took me out for a drink or 3 :) got some good advice from her career wise (and 3 glasses of wine!) so all in all, success!

Today should be an NSD as well, but not declaring quite yet.

That's awful BB, I'm so sorry to hear about everything you've had to go through today.

Hopefully it's all sorted now and the money will come through on time - but what a nightmare.

It might feel like a wasted day right now, but at least it's all resolved now and hopefully no more obstacles in your path.

Keeping my fingers crossed it all works out OK for you now.

((hugs)) for the hassle, but NOT a wasted day if you got things sorted without having to pay for the additional report :)

Thank you for your support, I'm not excepting to hear anything today, maybe tomorrow. I feel less anxious after a nights rest. Would love to say sleep but DD had me up most of the night feeding and when she wasn't feeding she was sitting up stroking me, their was little point putting her back in her cot as she just screamed, which would of woken everybody.

We explained to our builders yesterday about the problems with the mortgage and to say we had no money to pay them for any work carried out from today (tuesday) until the money comes through, we felt this was best so the could decide to stop working as we can't pay. The said they will work the rest of the week, they are away on their holidays next week and to pay when we can. I hope the money comes through so I can pay them as normal as apart from the fact they have done the work are great guys who over the last 2 years I've got to know very well.

  • Still a few hours of the day left but I'm in for the evening now so declaring NSD 8.

I won't be making my target this month but have decided to make the best of the situation and try to get a NSD every day for the last few days of the month.

Up to number 10 today, if I'm going to reach my target I can only have one more spending day this month - need to plan very carefully! (or be very sneaky and get the OH to pay for things :))

Dependant on either a) Pint giving me some money, or, b) my Amazon voucher coming through, it may be a spend day tomorrow as I promised a mate I'd try and get a series of The A Team on DVD...It won't be a big spend....and I did promise (and I want to watch it too!)

Sorry I haven't been around for a few days, been updating my college folder and baking rainbow layered cakes, not sure if I'd want to eat one! Anyway I'm declaring no 9 for today :j, fingers crossed I will make my pledge of 15 :).

    Loving the new layout. :T
