I have worked out that because of food shopping, direct debits and a visit from the hairdresser, my next potential NSD will not be till Friday. As I am at work Thursday night, I will be in bed until about 2pm, so if some of you kind people would care to handcuff me to the kitchen table, I should be able to survive the rest of the day without reaching for my purse.

    NSD no 2 today :j
We were going to go to a garden centre this afternoon (where I used to work) and get some more compost and stuff, but the palaver with my baking today (the foccaia for lunch refusing to rise , the 4 wholemeal loaves rising too quickly, and I don't even want to talk about the pastry for my pasties
:mad: !), we have not had time to go anywhere. With that and all the rain, we have also been unable to get some weeding/planting done..:(. Oh well, next weekend....well, Sunday :o, as we're all busy Saturday.

My toe/foot is slowly improving, though I did a bit too much on Saturday and suffered for it yesterday. I am thankful to be off my feet now, after a few too many hours in the kitchen. I can now wear my gardening boots, so I will get some gardening done during the week...and will try and organise DH and DS2 to move the heavy stuff in the evenings...now that's a sort of plan! :D

Have a great week everyone, and may your NSDs go forth and multiply :)

Today I had to buy some jam as DS2 wanted to cook jam tarts. I took £100:eek: out of the ATM which hopefully should be enough.

 That's some expensive jam you buy LfV :rotfl:.
