cw18: hi and welcome back again. :) Signing you up for 11 now and looking forward with envy to more tales of your bargains this month - I really could do with a job in a supermarket;)
I get the best bargains when I do the 'close and clean' shift, but I don't officially have any of those this month.... May have one to do though (on a Saturday, which I've only done twice before), as the lass whose shift it is wants a swap so she can go to a 50th birthday party.

I'm likely to have some 'close and cleans' next month though, as the lass who does Thur, Fri, Sat & Sun is off for a week (I probably won't do the Sunday). Then in July the lady who does Mon, Tues, Wed & Sun is off for two weeks (I never pick up the Tues as I start at 7am that day), and the other lass has a Saturday off at the same time......

Yea! I'm off the mark with NSD number 1 yesterday; unfortunately, we need to do a food shop today, so it will definately be a spend day, but I'm hoping that the rest of the week will be NSDs.

Oooh, forgot about that, BigMumma, curly's in trouble next time she shows her face on here:rotfl:

Gulp! Sorry I'm so late posting .....after BigMummaF fell asleep at the wheel of her lawnmower near Knutsford services on the M6 in the wee small hours of Saturday morning, I decided to walk home from there. Have only just arrived home. It's only 20 miles as the crow flies but that meant traversing river, hill and a few unfriendly cows. Am exhausted! And after sleeping rough for 2 nights I've ruined my tarten outfit :(

(ps. No NSDs for me yet)

We're probably gonna need a couple of these life guards if we head to Brighton. Don't want BigMumma falling asleep on her dinghy and poor Curly having to swim home! PDD, how'd the aliens cope on life guard duties?

A bit brass monkeys today for Brighton isn't it? Think we'll all need our thermals on!
(Memo to self - pack long johns, foghorn and swamp boots for inevitable bad weather, as well as the peanut butter and marmalade sandwiches)

Sadly no NSDs for a couple of days or so due to direct debits and essential food shopping, but I fully expect to clock one or two up later this week - slap my head with a rotting kipper if I don't!
