Declaring today as NSD no 18...so reached my new target already :j...dare I go for 20 now??!...what do we get if we reach a second revised target spoon??

Not planning on spending over the bank holiday...though Brighton make well call on Monday...making bread today, as well as some baking...chocolate and beetroot brownies anyone (very non, nom, honest!) ?

Have a great weekend, see you on the south coast on Monday...too much to do to get there earlier!

    Lovely cake, well done you

I've just come across this thread, obviously too late for this month, shame it would have been ideal as I've spent most of it with my leg up on a stool as I recover from a broken kneecap. Not had a chance to spend too much... :rotfl::rotfl:

I'm thinking of putting myself down for 12 days next month...

You have done a wonderfull job. I have made many iced-cakes in the past (none for ages though), this is just brilliant...hope the recipient loves it too!

Stand back and be prepared for lots of praise, you deserve it! :A

We're off for a long walk with DD's this morning and then baking cakes and biscuits this afternoon to try and keep us busy and away from spending!! All cards/cash will be left in house x
Hope you'll bring some with you on Monday..think Keiss is bringing some too--I'll give the beetroot bikkie a bite anxious.gif And can I have a piece with a purple butterfly please Karen  --who knew we had so many talented chef.gif in our midst :j Trying to remember who made the cakes last month ....
If you'd prefer something with a little more 'class' while waiting for the rest of us, move west along the coast to Hove. The locals are very anti-neighbour & the posh have moved legal land boundaries to NOT be in Brighton; quite funny really :p

10-4 10-4..gotcha ears on good buddies! Sound out on the one-niner! Raise your eyes for the spies in the skies & smokies on your tail for the eyeball. What's your handle & how many candles c'mon?

Ahem..that's not to say we don't watch the reruns of Smokey & the Bandit & Convoy always makes me cry :o but I just can't remember which film it is with one of my favourite scenes :doh:Basically, from the road it looks like a car/tractor unit is driving along a track; the cops follow but end up down a ravine, cuz other trailers were lined up to make a temporary road for the escapee then drive away before the pursuees get there happy2.gif It's one of those classics like another bit in Toy Soldiers, where the baddies are on a roof shooting at the cops on the ground & a ruddie great ello-chopta rises up behind them! The looks on their faces are hysterical :rotfl:

Back to business..can I have an elephant please Spoon? Dun & dusted for this month *gives air hi-five* but I'm hoping to get at least one more, but I'm afraid naneenarrs make me _pale_ so I won't make an official declaration to increase if you don't mind :o
