DH is starting Slimming world on doctors referral next week so did big shop today and am having a go at the healthy food stuff already.

We can vouch for Slimm*ng W*rld Dora - I have lost just under 4 stones and hubbie is at target with 7 1/2 stone loss - he was just over 20 st when he started, and is being entered into Man of the Year nationals next month. there's lots of 'free foods' so fill up with them and you won't miss the naughty fats, sugars, etc

Tell him not to worry about going as a man with all those women - the women tend to look after the men very well at class - he will have a whale of a time!! Make sure he stays to class to listen to Image therapy as you learn most there ........... good luck to him

Ohhh, is it June time already?

Not so sure about June - it will be a wildly expensive month with the move and all, so will be hard to get NSDs but just as hard to survive the month without them! Ahhh choices...

Anyway, declaring today, only one more to go!!!!

Keiss you are a genius!!! :D
I followed your advice about how to deal with the ivy & left it to die for as long as i could bear & today i have pulled almost all of it down :j :j (in fact the only bits left are those so high up the house my ladder wouldn't reach!!). Got mighty wet mind but found that it helped with the rash as seemed to wash away most of the dust (& i didn't look quite so daft doing it in hat scarf & gloves!!)

Pleased to report NSD 10 today, so have hit target!! :j am sooo looking forward to my dancing elephant... in fact as soon as it arrives i will saddle up & head for blackpool me thinks  watch out donkeys, here i come!!!! :D

OMG. I've been AWOL for three days and I have no idea where this thread has been/is going.

Can't remember how many NSDs I left you with *takes a quick look at signature*

Ahhh.......right ....OK. Thursday was another NSD, Friday and today were not. That brings me up to.......*gets toes out*........*and then quickly puts them away again before anybody notices the [STRIKE]smell[/STRIKE] [STRIKE]verrucca[/STRIKE] badly painted toe nails!*

NSD 21 and we are up to date.

Come on then 3Dogs, what's this 'unexpected holiday of a lifetime' that's suddenly appeared in your sig? (point me in the direction of the right post if you've already mentioned it!)

Spoon, 3Dogs has a great dancing werewolf if you're interested!

Looking forward to seeing you in Brighton. Just polishing my lightsaber and horns http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showpost.html?p=32478441&postcount=218.

Not using the Tardis this time, can't trust that Doctor to get the right place, might end up in Portsmouth (though I do quite like it there). Might bring one of Yarmouth's donkeys, they could do with a break, and a chance to meet some cousins!
