EDIT: I can't seem to post links as a new user, how many posts do you need before you're able to do this??
My property has been for sale for a month now with 2 viewings but now offers so far. Feedback being pretty much all positive, just viewers have purchased other houses due to
1: better location for them and
2: purchased a detached property rather than my semi.
Feedback appreciated, I've asked them to remove the photograph with the garage and washing machine as I don't think it's particularly flattering!!
The house has been reduced to £124950,
1. to bring it under £125k to appear on more viewer's searches and
2. a property which is the same house layout on the same street but doesn't have a garage is being marketed at £124950

Are you selling the car with the house?0

It was to illustrate the ability to fit 2 cars on the drive0

Did you buy it in May 2008? If so, zoopla's guesstimate, based on your localised price movements, puts it at £108k.0

Dark photos. Someone needs to tell the photographer how to either switch house lights on, or how to use the flashgun on the camera.
Nice photo of the back of the sofa. First kitchen photo shows the side of the base unit very well, second one has a nice view of the kitchen towels in their holder. Bedroom three merely shows a portable wardrobe and two towels on a yellowing radiator. If you can't be bothered to even tidy up the garage, why show a photo of it?
Here's a comment for the photographer's report card - Must Try Harder0
