Help! Trying to sell house with no luck

My house has been on the market since December, I have had about 8 viewings but none of them have made an offer.
My house is very affordable and ideal for a first time buyer. I have asked for feedback and they haven't said anything bad about the property from the feedback that has been given.
We have already lowered the price three times and it is now on for much lower than I paid for it, I am not sure what else to do. I lowered it the last time a week ago with two viewings after this.
Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you.

i've noticed though that for 50quid more i can get a 3 bed, are they near to your house the new build ones?2010 challenges

I looked at properties with your postcode with a radius of 1 mile and I found a lot of properties on from 50k.
Maybe it is still overpriced in your area compared to other properties that are selling?
That's all I can think of.
The pictures of the house look ok, though I don't like the look of the wall at the back of the house. Goodluck.0 -
Internally the rooms look really nice to me. I am a bit puzzled by the last photograph of the front/rear of the property??. It looks totally different to the first picture or am I missing something? The first picture (which I assume is the front) of the house looks a little barren and could perhaps do with a softer kerbside feel, i.e. weed the paving stones and perhaps put a few pots out, hanging baskets. I am not sure what to make of the description of the yard, is this just a parking place or is there actually room to sit?0

Photos of the interior of the house look nice, it is very well presented. Think the problem is probably your local competition. Doing a quick rightmove search for properties of similar pricing and 2 beds brings up a massive amount of properties (66 priced from £70k-£80k for example).
Take a look at this one:

(it's a bungalow so slightly different market perhaps but again a v large garden).
The picture of the front of your house should be the first pic you see on rightmove (in my opinion!) but instead on yours you see a bedroom. Some of the pics are duplicated too which is annoying for people scrolling through hundreds of properties.
The pic of the back yard (is this where you park?) is a bit drab, I would liven it up with some plants/pots to bring a bit of colour, and the same with the front of the house. As I said, inside I think it looks really nice and inviting.2011 wins: £481Eleventh Heaven: 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 110 -

3 estate agents valued it as this, one sold opposite for 81k in September last year. The 50-60k ones are the ones in need of modernization.No you're not a vegetarian if you eat any animal or fish, so do not insult genuine veggies by calling yourself one! :mad:
