Thanks for the info guys... Took my gameboy micro with 2 games back to my local boots and explained to them that the price had dropped from when i bought it.... they happily gave me a full refund and allowed me to purchase the item at £10.... so an even bigger bargain now..... Specially with the logic3 accessorie pack from poundland....0

i bought a ps2 earlier in the month for £50. Has that gone down to £10 as well?
If so I will try to take it back and get a refund.
Does anybody know if I could take it back to any Boots store, or onlty to the one where I bought the item from?0 -

Got a £5 skincare voucher as well, which I used for skin cream for Mrs Biglugs. So for £10 I got an MP3 player/radio, 40 Advantage points and a small pile of brownie points!
They also had two digital radios but these were scanning at £89.99 (I checked on two different tills
) so I left them.
Woman on the photo counter looked at me like I was a rather unpleasant alien when I asked if they had any Xboxes, so I took that as a no and didn't ask her to check the stock cupboard.
i brought the last x box bundle in banbury after a lot of hassle as the staff wouldnt take it out of the glass cabinet in the window and wouldnt ring cs until i phoned cs and got a code the assistant said that she sold one the same morning for £74.99 so it wasnt reduced but when i got someone else to scan it guess what it was reduced:rotfl:
the staff on the photography bit in banbury are not very helpful are they0 -

Cerenia wrote:Cold have gotton a cheaper one, preowned from GAME for £59.99, we do get some really nice boxed ones in from time to time, kept your points for something better.
Thanks but I didn't want a pre-owned one as it's for my sons birthday. He will be 13 and can spot a pre-owned item from a mile away. I'll soon build the points balance back up again
