What difference will this make? If people really want them and are prepared to travel to get them theres nothing to stop them going to different branches to buy, so regardless of whether or not Boots set this rule, things will still be bought to sell on ebay or for other family members - and why not!

I got the 1GB,
I phoned CS at about 3.00pm today and was told Ayr store had 5 in stock,
SA didn't know anything about it when I phoned, she kept it aside for me. Think the others may have been snapped up by staff.
she did say they had 5 x 512mb left in stock

i found 2 x boxes in boots but they were priced at £99.99 they had the games on the shelf but only 1 controller but because they couldnt find (well they didnt even look) for another box to put them into (brown box) they said they were the sticker price only and that was what the price is - anyone else had this problem

when i bought mine, they just typed the code in from the shelf edge label - suggest that to the SA

Yes, i found this regarding other sale items. Some were 10p (not electrical stuff) and i went to another boots in the same town and same items were reduced and i asked if they could price check as they were alot more expensive than the other local boots and she said we have to overide price and it will only be the price on the ticket which was a lot more money that the other sstore so i left it.
