Kind hearted? There are a lot of very good people on these forums who have helped others in their time of need.

But your asking someone to buy you a PS2? Just to save a few quid?

A new ps2 bundle for something like £50 notes, thats a massive saving!
Ebay second hand its like £75++.
And I would pay for it , I am not asking people to buy it for me with their own money.
Christ if I had known this forum would be this hard work I wouldnt have bothered!

Hard work? You asked if anyone could buy you a PS2, the chances of it happening are fairly remote IMO. Good luck to you if you get one.

Im sticking up for Candystore on this one!

This was your first post on the forum, and so I said hello. But it was your post, and your asking for a cheap PS2. If people are going to find one, 95% of the time it will be for them!

I just think its a bit extreme to ask for this, and when members advice you that it is going to happen you say that you hope everyone else is more helpful than you! These bargains have been going for a few weeks now. 2 weeks ago you might have got one, now your v.unlikely.

Have a look around the rest of the forum threads and see if you can pick up a different bargain

Ring Boots Customer Service up, number is one of the first few posts in this thread. Ask if they can locate one for you. If they can, you can ring up that store and get them to transfer it to your local one.

You could try Gamestation either the shop or online.
They sell used PS2's for about £70 , we brought one for our daughters birthday, and in the shop they threw in 4 games for £20 but only charged us £10...also it comes with a 12 month guarantee, you can't lose really.
