First I've heard of it - I never received the products to try!!!

i received a bottle of shampoo and conditioner from them on tuesday last week....via standard post from Ffrance and told to use for 8-10 days and a minimum of 5 times...used 3 times so far and have untilsept 11th to answer survey

I got mine a week or so ago via Parcel Force....did post on here when I had it so maybe worth checking back a page : )

Drop them an email, they are usually really helpful x

I emailed them straight away, just waiting for the response (if any!) not much they can do now I know, but I just hope it doesn't 'hinder' me from any further tests! x

i still haven't heard anything from them other than replies to emails i've sent how often to suveys, etc get emailed?

Package just delivered by courier containing shampoo and conditioner. Have e-mailed to let them know it's just turned up.
