I have had 2 so far in the last 5 weeks or so, one for fabric conditioner and one for gents and ladies perfumes which lasted for ever

hi, i requested to join a few months ago, was sent the paper questionnaire early/mid june, i sent it back within the week, almost 2 months later and i've not heard a word? has anybody else had this experience? is it worth emailing them? should i use the same email to them as before?(argenteuil.panelconsumer@givaudan.com)
alos, with the surveys etc, do they come from a particular email address or person? i was so looking forward to being on this panel.
