You will probably get an acknowledgment email but it can be up to a month to receive it...I have only recently received an email confirming another year on the panel and I completed the booklet weeks ago and sent it back...dont forget the company is based in France so the post may not be as quick as first class arriving overnight here.KandyKisses wrote: »I sent back the massive questionaire around 2weeks ago and yet...no reply

i will not be getting the fragrance as contacted them i completed the thick survey and do all the ones they send but still have missed out on this not fair.
anyone got the rules for this as i was under the impression that when you completed the new yearly form you got the fragrance, please anyone know and i do complete all my surveys , so not that i just complete the one to get the fragrance
