I sent mine back months ago, can't remember if I had a confirmation email back from them or not but not heard anything else since.

well, i emailed them, and they said they had the wrong email address, so hopefully it's sorted now. if you've not heard from them, give them an email, they always seem to reply quickly.

I have just had 2 samples of Pantene turn up this morning via Parcel Force for the hair care survey : )

I sent my form off to renew my membership for this year in February but hadn't had any emails from them at all! I got in contact to ask why and they said that they would start sending me surveys again in September.

Me too yippee, this is actually the first time theyve sent me products to test, but Ive had quite a few vouchers from them for doing surveys( the fragrance ones) and also got a bottle of perfume Lola by Marc Jacobs it was DIVINE!!!! ps im going to have lovely hair Pantene to test and Dove Repair Conditioner frm bzzagents:D

I also had shampoo & Conditioner - Elvive for coloured hair! There was me thinking that they'd forgotten about me. I am now super-chuffed!!

Just filled in a survey for these guys , about toilet rims - all purpose cleaners and washing up liquid . Took a while to do ,keep your eyes peeled
