I emailed at the beginning of March to ask about the perfume and they said I was on the list to receive one and to allow 2 weeks for delivery.
During that time I received a new yearly form to fill in and no perfume. Emailed again, said they'd send another, nothing delivered. I emailed again and they said they'd run out.
I always fill in the surveys.
Makes me wonder if they sent any in the 1st place..

thanks mE-mE-mE for replying, no wonder they said to me that i did not complete the form and surveys said i have only done two when do everyone , not fair though for us to miss out than others just because they have run out not our fault

I missed out too as they said I have not filled in questionairre. I argued the fact I had well over a year ago and had nothing since and fill in surveys they sent.
They wanted me to send invitation for them to see. Luck would have it I got a survey at that time so replied to it stating why were they sending me surveys if I was not on thier panel.
They sent me an apology but never got the perfume but I have had 3 trials and 2 vouchers in last couple of months so I cant grumble.
I would perservere.

i only just filled out my finishing questionaire for the flash and already recieved my second home trail questionaire, this time i think its washing up liquid

sorry if this has already been said - I emailed Givaudan a couple of months ago about joining and today I have received a HUGE questionnaire in the post to fill in to register with them. Is this normal procedure?

The booklet is sent to you to fill in before joining and then annually to complete to stay on the panel....

If you fill in the booklet and send it back then next time you are sent one ...possibly next year you may also receive the perfume gift...thats whats happened over the past few years....you should receive a 100ml bottle of "designer" perfume

The booklet is quite a document to complete but once on the panel the rewards can be very generous and there do seem to be quite a few product tests too.

LEJC how long does it take to get the perfume i filled mine in and sent it back in march early april and havent recieved anything other than surveys and trail applications?

Hello,

In order to receive a bottle of perfume you should have been included in
our panel in 2010 and have filled in already a questionnaire which is not
your case.

You normally receive the bottle of perfume the following year after filling in the booklet to thank you for the past year. So if you fill it this year you should get one next year
