has anyone heard if this is peak or off-peak yet?
  • I'm already a member of Canons - Would I have to cancel my membership and reapply?
  • I took up this offer in February and i can use the Gym anytime i like, so peak time i guess!

Ive just got a quote from Pru - me 43 yrs old male non smoker choosing £1000 yes one thousand pounds excess, any hospitals nationally and the monthly premium is £29 making the monthly outlay £54 inc the £25 health membership. Yes I get £115 Quidco but this wouldnt be worth my while.

have I missed anything to get the Pru quote down?

    £29 a month = £174 for 6 months

    £115 cashback from Quidco

    Total outlay over 6 months = £59

So you are getting 6 months membership to a very nice health club / gym for the princely sum of £59

How can you complain about that?!?:confused:

Isn't it usually not far off that amount for 1 month?

  • How confident are people about getting the quidco cashback? I thought It says in the first post in this thread that no other offers can be used in conjunction with this offer unless I read it wrong.

Are there any concerns about being able to sign up to everything in time before the offers end?

    Thanks

I took this offer up when they had the three months free offer(gutted). It definately is peak membership.

It works out a bargain for me though. It's normally £62 a month for peak membership. I am paying Pru Health £16.30 + £25(gym membership) thats £41.30 a month. Thats a lovely saving of £248.40 for the year.

Whats even better is the more I go to the gym the more rewards I get plus if I dont claim within the year my premium will be lowered so I will be paying even less.

    Lovin it! :money:

Does anyone know if you definitely get the Quidco cashback if you cancel after 6 months?

My quote is £14.26 per month, so over the 6 months I will pay 85.56, but will have got £115 back - so they are paying me £29.44 to have health insurance and £50+ p/m gym membership - now that is a bargain!!
