  • Just checked Quidco and my PruHealth is being tracked but at a value of £0.00?. Does anybody know why this is happening. I saw several other people on this threadwith the same question, but no answers as yet?. Can anybody advise or help?

    Thanks in advance
  • My £115 cashback on Quidco has just appeared in my account today :-), about 11 days after completing the transaction with Pruhealth - up until then it had been showing as £0.00. I think therefore it's just a case of giving it time although it probably does not harm to submit an enquiry on Quidco as a failsafe (I know I did) as you can just cancel it at a later date when the cashback comes through.
  • how do Quidco pay out.....never had one b4...is it via check or account?
  • They pay out via Paypal or BACS.

My Quidco has now come up. I had to have Quidco investigate and they gave me the whole amount.

What a great gym deal. Thanks MSE!

I'm having the same problem with Quidco. 3 x 0 Amount/Earnings for the quotes and a 0 Amount/Earnings for the transaction. Any advice?

I called PruHealth today and they were nice. They said for Cannons you need to go in person with your ID and get a membership number and ring PruHealth back with it and they'll sort out the billing. They also will pay for a free fitness screening, which also gives you 300 vitality points.

Great offer! Hope my quidco goes through though...
  • Is it possible to register then quit after a month and still claim the £115?
  • Why would you want to do that?

Quidco and Prudential have set this offer up in good faith and if people start to do this then these companies will do less of these promotions and we all lose out.

At the moment you are getting 6 months free gym membership for nothing in some cases.

    Just my two pence worth.

    Hi,
I'm new to writing to the forum but I have been reading for a long time.
I wanted to give a couple of answer and a throw a question.

The answers refer to quidco. My transaction was showing tracked but 0.00 as many people in here. I set an 'enquiry' and the £115 showed in one day.
As for the payments, they take some time but I have received several payments already.

And my question is about the gym membership. I understand that you have to choose one gym only to get the lowest price, and my question is: could you join one gym and, after some time, transfer that membership to other gym of the same chain. Would you incur in any extra charges?

Thank you all for this wonderful site.
  • For submitting a quidco enquiry, what is the transaction amount that should be entered?

Is it monthly premium x 12 ? They say it is NOT the earnings amount ...

EDIT: Guess it doesn't matter as it's a flat rate, not a percentage, so I should just put 0.00 ?
