HELP there taking me to court!!

    postal order - costs but it does not have your signature on it

    Forgot to add, when you "sign" the letter do so in a way that you would never normally use.

    i don't sign i just print my name ... thanks for the advice so i ask them for this ... and wait for them to produce one.. then what will happen

    If they produce it AND it is legally compliant, then they can take you to court, but you are going to go after the default letter then.

    if it is not complaint, they are stuffed, permanently.

    Check never-in-doubt's enforceablity threads.

    so if they haven't taken me to court is it too late to chuck them an full final settlement letter or should i just go ahead with the request for the CCA

    request the CCA.

    If that is duff, you can chooose to pay and if you do, can do a very good !!!!!!.
