If a county court judgement is obtained against you it will probably affect your credit record and deter others from lending to you.

This sounds like a last ditch attempt to give you an opportunity to pay the debt before proceedings are actually issued.

If you have already defaulted on this account, it will have already affected your credit rating.

And a CCJ will make it even worse.

Without knowing much information it is hard to give you helpful advice. From your previous posts it looks like you obtained credit and then did not pay. BC first got in touch in January and you were going to write to them.

    1. Did you write to them about a payment plan or F&F?
    2. What is the debt for - a credit card that you did not pay?
    3. How much is the debt?
    4. Can you pay?

What exactly is it that you want help with ...
    Stopping the court action?
    Defending the court action?
Preparing for the court action so that you can pay off what the judge decides?

I don't have experience to answer your questions, but if you take a breath and start to explain, then someone may give constructive help.

So it is a store card.

have you ever requested the CCA and do you have the default letter, they have to have sent you this before they take you to court.

what to do now entirely depends on whats happened to date and how you've ended up in this position, without providing background nobody here will be able to give you much at all by way of useful advice
