Okay . I'm probably going to get shot down in flames for this but whats happened to DT recently ? It used to be interesting ,with a variety of subjects and opinoins . Now it's just seems to one benefit thread after another.
My question is, would it be an idea to have a seperate benefit discussion area leaving DT for other subjects ? I for one would appreciate it .
What are your thoughts please good idea or not ?
I'll get my coat

The proper benefits section is literally just a question/answer about current rules forum, no discussion allowed.[greenhighlight]but it matters when the most senior politician in the land is happy to use language and examples that are simply not true.
[/greenhighlight][redtitle]
The impact of this is to stigmatise people on benefits,
and we should be deeply worried about that[/redtitle](house of lords debate, talking about Cameron)0 -

Thats useless, its completely biased towards the system being perfect, as if you dare to disagree with the system, or point out its flaws, or warn others of the possible problems, the thread gets moved to DT.

maybe the work & benefits section needs a related discussion forum then0 -
I think it a good Idea..people like cit_k could go on there and argue amongst themseves all day about the hard time they have getting out of bed of a morning and claiming benefits.0

.
Seeing that, with your vast experience of the benefit system, you're never to be seen there trying to help people, I really don't see how you would know!
Standing round shouting "woe, thrice woe" never helped anyone!0 -
