Oh and I don't think CD wow can force you to accept e-vouchers if it is faulty or returned under the distance selling regulations anyway.

They don't apply from countries not in the EU (such as where cd-wow is based). http://www.consumerdirect.gov.uk/general/shop_home/fs_y01.shtml#3

But I think not part of the EU? Can you get cds from Greenland? Does Santa deliver them? What about returns - do we just put them is a sack and shove it back up the chimney?!

Hm...Whats the score with Antartica? Am I right in thinking no 'one' country owns it? And what happens to a country's wildlife. Are they 'the property' of a country? Le we are citizens of the UK/GB/England/Scotland/Wales/NI/Eire, we refer to our animals as being British etc, but they aren't 'owned' by us, or citizens. Do we have any rights toward them, or liabilities against them?

Or are they just a legal non-entity?

    cheers

Well swans are property of the Queen. All pets are treated, in law, as mere property................... So not a legal non-entity.
