  • I've not once suggested ANY Tesco Stores are keeping their peepers on this site.

As someone stated earlier, more and more R&R's means more price integrity as it stimulates vigilance.

Now, going back to my original thoughts about covert observations which clearly, you just don't seem to be getting. The whole nature of being covert in this instance is to observe, not to join in, not to join MSE, not to post an opinion, not to make oneself known under an alias. No one in there right mind at head office (IF this is indeed happening - just my thoughts after all guys) would get 'involved'.

How amusing you imply that for one minute I suggested or even imagined "a gaggle of Managers crowded round a PC fighting over who hits refresh next."
LOL picture the scene, a crowd of Tesco store employees crowded round a couple of desktops constantly watching this thread, that would do a lot for the productivity of the store. Not once have I suggested this. In one post, I referred to a regular R&R'r being welcomed in store by their forum name, unfortunately I have no idea why this particular incident happened, maybe the particular CS Assistant that day was also a member of MSE, who knows?

And such was the point of my discussion. :wall:

Considering all the posts back and to about this, I think enough is enough now don't you? People are getting bored and want to discuss actual misprices. Happy to discuss via PM.

The very first post on the first page of this thread explains it all.

Part of the Furniture Combo Breaker
if you are overcharged it is tescos policy to refund you and you retain the product (r+r).

Check the shelf label against what you pay at the til. If the til is higher you have bene overcharged=go to customer services for a refund.

I have to say that this development has saddened me. Why create an exclusive club for sharing the info ? I have benefited from the open posts on the site, and have posted finds and advice on here too. I would not have known about the R + R policy without this thread and the many posts that have guided me. As you can see - people still stroll onto the thread with absolutely no idea of how to claim R + R.

How will the exclusive MSN group help newbie R + Rers ?

Didn`t you ALL benfit from the open posting system originally, and now you are taking it behind closed doors - to benefit whom exactly ?

I think this goes against the helpfull and sharing nature normally found on this forum and should stop. This paranoia will only serve to reduce the number of succesfull R + Rers out there and ultimately benefit Tesco - is that your aim ?

Its just a chat site really. Its been going for only a day and all we do is just chat about things in general. We have not discussed any new r&rs at all.

It is quicker to chat using msn and doesn't clog up the MSE site.

    Just harmless fun

It is not meant to take away any of the benifits from MSE.

everyone is welcome to join, just pm me and ensure that you have msn address logged in usercp.

MSN chat group doesn't keep information from anyone, any new R&Rs and experiences with them are posted on here.

I agree with bdaggers, i only found this thread a couple of days ago and it would be a shame for it to end so soon for me.
