Mine has just been delivered!
Subbed my original order of 4 x 330ml (4 packs, 16 beers) for 4 x 568ml (4 packs, 16 beers) and pricematched to a fiver when the real price for the beer I got is £20, should be more but I've just checked online and it's on special offer. I didn't even know Stella came in cans this size, I had hoped at best for the 440ml cans as replacements

Went to Hull, Boothferry Road one and they had 6 packets not priced up, got the man to price check them, he reckoned they where a large box split up, but still managed to get 4 packets. Hmmm, now to find someone who drinks the stuff!

I was praying I would get the 568ml ones. I got nothing though, except a cancelled order without explanation or even them letting me know, waited in all night for them. I'll never use them again.

Tesco didn't call me back again, as exepected.

They now say the reason they didn't bother delivering the order, or even let me know was because they had nothing in stock to substitute the order with (lies). I can order 330ml bottles online now at £10 per pack of 24 so I don't see how they can say they didn't have stock of anything.

I think they probably subbed mine because it was a relatively small amount and I spend between 80 and 100 a week with them. I'm too precious to them to let down!! :rotfl:
Still pretty poor treatment they gave you, I would definitely take it further, see what you can get out of them.

I just called them, they said sorry and sent me a £10 voucher. I already had a £10 voucher off my last (first) order though which I guess it won't let me use as it's showing as delivered on their system.

The daft thing is, the cans are still showing as £1.25 for 4 and they'll let me order them. Maybe I'll order the cans again and a bag of crisps this time so it's not just beer, maybe that way they'll substitute it.

Ordered, 41 packs again and an 8p pack of noodles. Delivery is more now but I have £20 off now instead of £10. 7-9 again but tomorrow night instead....
