Im the same, especially at my previous address as we were a tad hard to locate, so i would be up and down evertime i heard a car or van passing.

Have you spoke to anyone yet?

Well what a waste of my night that was. After calling their 0845 number at cost to me, I get told my order was cancelled and they have no idea why.

They are going to get the .com manager to call me tomorrow to explain, or so they say, unless he forgets to tell me he can't be arsed.

Their order system says it has been delivered and was showing out for delivery until 9pm, what a waste of time.

Sod this, off to watch 24 like I've been wanting to do since 7pm.
