GB- I found a little bit on platinum. if it helps you.
Platinum represents determination, grit and seeing our manifestations to competion.
As far as I know, rings are the ultimate symbol of eternity, they have no beginning and no end making them eternal.

hope this maybe of some help to you.

Even paperwork ground to a halt now. Pain killers are not working and are making me feel rough.

Nearly school run time too, of joy of joy.

Piggers - font of all things allergic. With DS2 and his newly acquired hive-al reaction to contact with grass do I ignore it; give anti h's once it has happened, give anti h's as a preventative. Not asking for medical advice just what you do when you're hivey

    Afternoon all,

    Big hugs Mummyof5.

I didn't end up doing my HHC earlier, i went to see neveah instead as she was feeling a bit down.

    As well as that i've

    Picked up Ds2
    Made & eaten lunch
    Sorted recycling
    Put dry dishes away
    Washed up
    S & S Kitchen
    Cleaned fruit bowl
    Put fruit & veg away
    Put washing out
    Picked up DSS

I'm just finishing a pot of peppermint tea and then i'm going to do a HHC at 3.30 if anyone wants to join me?

I also know that gold (representing the sun) is masculinity subjugating the moon/feminity on what is generally the passive hand. 3rd finger/finger of apollo is linked to the heart - also to creativity. Silver rings I know represent the moon and femininity, so enhance feminine qualities. Platinum appears to be thought to be a mixture of silver and gold, so mixing the feminine and masculine, so I was interested in how that works ...

Thanks summermoon... I haven't done any work today as I've been digging around in my palmistry stuff... I'd really like to get back into it! Someone commented that i only wear one ring - silver with a diamond on the 3rd finger of my right (active) hand... so boosting creativity. I also occasionally wear platinum on the same finger.

I was then asked about wedding rings... know the stuff about gold... and was then asked about platinum. I'd assume, as it's a male/female amalgam, that it would symbolise more of a balance in a relationship rather than subjugation of the feminine to the masculine

Apologies for being OT... my teleconference is deteriorating into lots of shouty men... :p:p:p

Huge ((((hugs)))) mummyof5 - menieres is nasty (my ex OH had it) but can be managed, so fingers crossed there is nothing more sinister. We're here for you if you need us.

    Hi Greenbee
This doenst say anything about Platinum but I thought it might interest you as it tells of the lore of rings & the birthstones etc http://ezinearticles.com/?The-History-And-Lore-Of-Birthstone-Rings&id=247413

I also found this which actually mentions platinum as little way down - hope this helps ..... http://magic-spells-and-potions.com/modules.php?name=Content&pa=showpage&pid=22
I THINK is a whole sentence, not a replacement for I Know

Is it all grass or specific grass.. could it be plant fertilisers/food used on a playiing field? Could it be grass or tree pollen which will be gone in a few weeks?

I only use a preventative if my hayfever is bad..if it is a small area affected I use AH cream..if it is everywhere I use the tablets..if I was a boy off playing football every spare minute and I was affected daily I'd possibly try to prevent it.

Glee of glees.... There in a pukey child in tiddles class..just what I need..vomit!!!

Silly question. I am not sure if I am being hormonal or just a bit loopy..

If one of the other parents with a child in the same class as yours at school randomly took a pic on their phone of your child (not their own)...what would you think?

This parent has only TRIED to speak to me once, to quiz me about Squeak.. and I completely blanked her.. she is a friend of KH's slapper..
