Hugs to Helen Jelly and her DD, hope all that upset is over? xx

Just in from work, need to sort tea, thanks for all the best wishes for hubby, the wedding ring is in the drawer, his finger is still very swollen and sore looking. Think we need a ring with a hinge on it or something. Will have to have a look.

Silly question. I am not sure if I am being hormonal or just a bit loopy..

If one of the other parents with a child in the same class as yours at school randomly took a pic on their phone of your child (not their own)...what would you think?

This parent has only TRIED to speak to me once, to quiz me about Squeak.. and I completely blanked her.. she is a friend of KH's slapper..
w-e-e-e-ll - THAT^ will probably be why she took it but I have to have permission to photgraph the kiddies in my class (which I do, on my own camera, because we need them for evidence etc.) but I am suprised it was allowed in the school...

GnB if you pop by get better soom vibes for your littley...bless her

I have decided to put a washload in tonight and I am about to boil down the chicken or I won't get the bones in the bin before Thursday - black bin day!
Just the weather for soup! *rolls eyes*

Piggers - I would have thought it was for KH too - you said she was getting a certificate so perhaps she just though KH would like a pic of it.

Valli - we aren't allowed to use our own cameras anymore - we have to use the school ones.

Right I'm going to do a HHC before the kids come back - they've gone up the fields with Dh on their bikes.

    re the cameras
we didn't HAVE any working school ones ... we now have, and have the memory cards. They are in the office awaiting security marks.
But there are are only 5 cameras so the IT co-ordinator has kindly offered to use her camera ;) to make up the numbers.
so i get to use mine which is very good of me...

I had my appointment at the docs yesterday and it is probably Menieres ( Doc has given me tablets to take 3 times a day ) but I have to have a scan to make sure I dont have a growth as it has come on very badly so quickly....very scary..dont quite know what to think at the moment...what with my brother and now this ..

mummyyof5 – you have my every sympathy if it is Menieres I have had this for over 15 years now. The good thing is once they diagnose it you get back to normal. Before I was diagnosed with it my life was a nightmare and at times would be laid on the floor not being able to move as the whole room would spin and nausea that was unbelievable. Once I was on tablets my life changed an apart form the odd days when it kicks in big time usually when I am tired or stressed (mine was caused by stress in the first place). I was lucky I had a good doctor who picked up it could be that as it is something that normally affects older people.

    Hopefully it is nothing more

Pigpen - there should be a policy in the school about photos being taken, you may have to sign an opt out form - does the woman work in the school - if not why was she in the classroom takling photos, if she works there maybe the photo was for something she is doing for the classroom [print off photo for her evidence or for a project] If it was me I wouldn't like it and would want to know more about it as it happened in class.

She is just another parent.. not CRB checked, not employed in the school and even if she was.. she took it on her phone.. The certificate wasn't given at a 'big assembly' it was just handed out in class.

The forms give consent for pics to be taken and used IN SCHOOL PUBLICATIONS.. if it is a play/assembly you have to give separate permission..

The children show him all their certificates and she gets about 3 a week at least so she had no reason to be interfering with anyone elses child.. and if KH wants a pic of her he has his own camera it is not for some random busybody to be doing!

I'll be having a word with her not just the teacher should she even consider going near my daughter again.. I don't get protective very often but I am not having that! I may take random pics of her son and see how she likes it! and as school governor I have 'permission'.. :p Abuse of power or what lol

Besides... Tiddles asked KH if he had the pic and no.. he hasn't.. so !!!!!! was she doing?

3 strips of torn wallpaper removed.. with half the wall.. so all the holes are now filled.. inc the one that needed refilling in the kitchen.. that has been filled 3 times now!... Hopefully it is done this time!.. Need a new plug socket tomorrow.. while I am thinking of it!

OH's sister has just confirmed she is coming Saturday-Sunday... *giggle*.. and even better.. their mum is on about picking her up... ROFL!!!! The very idea of her in my house is just so delightfully amusing!.. She isn't horrible she is just NOT anything remotely or even vaguely like any member of my family..
