    Afternoon all

I've done all the bedrooms today. DD2 is coming home from Edinburgh late tonight and staying here overnight so I don't think she would appreciate me doing the bedrooms tomorrow (my usual day)! Two loads of washing done, including the bedding, and it's dry and put away already. I've also done the cats blankets and they're on the line now. The machine has had a vinegar wash to clean it out and get rid of the cats hairs.

Dusted downstairs and vacuumed right through. With what I did yesterday, that completes today's list.

Dinner cooking, I'll catch up a bit. Hope everyone's OK, I miss pen pen posting.

I'm going to have a HHLunch as I am starving now. Then will head off to the village to pick up DH's prescription, better get petrol while I'm at it. I also want to pop into th e library and take my books back and get some new ones..oh and then lastly pop into the local farm for some eggs. Dog fleeces are hanging on the line, dogs are lounging around in underneath the fleeces on the line..lol I have a towel wash going around on a boil wash too :D Was going to transplant my peony into a permanent home (the previous dogs grave) but it is too hot to be out in the garden gardening.

Lemanie hugs and positive vibes for the hospital appointment.

Oooh just remembered veg box delivery in about half an hour, so will have to pop these things away when they arrive.

Mudbath you aren't sad hon, I am just about to cut a couple lettuce leaves for my sarnie and I can't believe how lovely and strong they look. I am so proud of my garden now, it even has a proper veg plot with cloches on - okay there's only cabbages and radishes under them..but when the tomato plants arrive they are going to go there too :D

Thank you to the lovely person who sent the welcome pm and told me how to strike through my words. I knew there should be a button but mine is a strange shape/colour and not what it should be – which explains why I couldn’t see what was under my nose lol.

Sherlock - I think that should be fine (well it would be in my eyes lol) my logic is it doesn’t matter who does it so long as it gets done – just need to persuade my hubby of this lol.

Binky – don’t get disheartened. Keep doing just a small bit I gave up earlier this year and feel so fed up now. If only I had kept shining my sink I would possibly have got back on track again instead of which I have a tip of a house again instead of tidy rooms.

Kazwookie – I know what you mean about too much time on the internet so my mission is to do my Flying and an hour of paperwork before logging on. No good me doing it for an hour I would just ignore the alarm going off.

Candles who mentioned candles I WWAAAAAAAANNNNNNTTTT some

    Afternoon, folks.

Now..... there's a few peeps here needing posi-vibes.
LadyL, Lemanie, G&B's LO, Triker's DH all come immediately to mind.
Oh yes, and get-the-job vibes for Soappie, and pass-the-exam vibes for cyclingyorkie's DD.

I'm glad it's an easy-ish list today; 4 nights of no sleep are pretty much catching up with me, and I'm really feeling bleurggghhh today. Perhaps someone would be kind enough to give me a (gentle) boot up the bum?:D

I haven't tried that model of deterrent, but I have two 8 or 9 year old ones that are pretty effective. I'm getting one of those and going to try it, as it claims to be silent. Unfortunately I can hear mine. Then again, I can hear the phone charging and the wireless signal from the router...
