Joining you late Choccybix and Dusty nothing much done here either other than washing the bedding.

passthewine I saw your post and didn't so much as raise an eyebrow. I have stopped reading that thread as for me it epitomises the decline of OS in recent months.

greenbee I drove to the library and it was shut :( I will just have to buy it now :).

Pigpen - I want some of what you're on - your energy and motivation seem to be relentless (in the nicest possible way!). My skirting boards are half painted from 10 years ago...

Well you need to be 5 months pregnant and have a 6 week schedule to get the bedroom painted.. and you can't do that until 97 other jobs are done!

Don't have a party on DS's birthday.. have one another day.. a spring party or something else.. and I've been 7 for about 20 years so let him still be 2.. byu him a card with 2 on see what he says!

    Afternoon all

Today's list done. Two loads of washing on the line, drying slowly. I've also vacuumed the stairs, damp wiped the living room and hallway, including the computer desk, and vacuumed through downstairs.

Sorted out the bottom of my wardrobe, no rubbish but it needed tidying up. I'm planning to do the bedrooms tomorrow before the weather changes later in the week.

    Hope everyone's OK.
  • Have done a bit more:

2 x WM loads hung on line (one from yesterday)
10 items in kitchen put away
10 really manky bottles of various types that were sat by the shed thrown in bin as now can't tell what they are (labels faded or disappeared - they had been there since we moved 2 and a half years ago!!!!):o
    WM reloaded
Some paracetamol decluttered - just for a bit of variety

Time for a cup of tea then will do a bit more....

Thanks to everyone who has made very sensible comments about the wedding - I'm hoping my parents will come around to the idea, and that my sister will still come. At the moment I'm thinking about the party that we'll have for friends when we come back, as that'll need some planning too. We're hoping to get the ceremony filmed and put on a DVD so that we can show everyone who couldn't come, so we need a venue that has a projector or something similar. We're thinking a lunchtime do in the easter holidays, so that people can come from all over.

If anyone else has added this then sorry for repeating but I didn't read after my post on last week's thread. My friends also had their wedding photos developed by the time they had their party and they were put around the room where they had the party, it was really nice.

Right I have been very naughty and not done any studying yet. Have been to the gym for an hour and popped into work to sort some stuff out for tomorrow. Need to have lunch then start working, I am aiming for 1 so if anyone sees me on here then tell me to get off!!! Toots and Pigpen mules may be thrown!!!

    {Mudbath sneaks in and pretends she's been here working hard every day for the past week}

    Afternoon everyone!:D

Hope you're all well and busy flying like me :o:rotfl:. Actually the place isn't too bad. I have a new method to my cleaning on days like today when I'm not working. I have to clean/declutter ten things (and things like the fridge = 1 of those 10 things so I'm getting quite a lot done) and then I can read 10 pages of my book. It's working for now though I would rather just sit and read the book!!

Spotty dog training is going well - she now walks to heal for about 90% of the walk which is amazing for her! Work is really picking up and is now busier than it was before DS had all his problems last year - I have been panicking a bit that it hadn't all picked up.

Big hugs to you all especially tootles and LL xxxxx
