    Morning all!
DW on, tables wiped now I need to go and tackle the kitchen surfaces (if I can find them under all the gibble).

I have a bit of a dilemma with DS. It's his 3rd birthday tomorrow but he's adamant he doesn't want a birthday - no presents, no cake, no party and no being 3 - he wants to stay 2. He's quite stressed about it. I've tried the 'you can stay 2 but still have a birthday' approach but to no avail. Shall we just ignore his bday (sisters will be devastated)? Any ideas anyone?!

Anyway. I'm off to tackle the kitchen to see if inspiration strikes whilst flying ;).

Pigpen - I want some of what you're on - your energy and motivation seem to be relentless (in the nicest possible way!). My skirting boards are half painted from 10 years ago...

passthewine - to descale my kettle I usually pour enough white vinegar into the kettle to cover the element, and fill up with water to the minimum cup thingy and then boil it and leave it to cool after. Then I use the water to descale the kitchen sink so that it's not wasted. Make sure you boil the kettle with some clean water again before using it, to take away any vinegar taste. Don't know about the iron I'm afraid, cos I don't own one.

Thanks, will give it a go. Hope it goes well at the doctors for you.
Hugs to those that need them.

Would anyone mind if I ask a question? Was my post on PenPens thread offensive. I had a pm telling me to move it as no one wants my opinion and to delete it. Would people rather I didn't post, it's really upset me.
    Will delete this later:(

I can't see why passthewine, you were offering support to Pen after all? I don't think that pming you in that way is on, have you reported it?

I know that thread is still getting quite heated....I'm just reading and not contributing because it's going to probably be locked if the arguing carries on.

I've decluttered coffee and that's about it, working from home today so 'puter work and phone calls mainly.

Thank you for my lovely star Toots, here's one right back at ya hun. xx

    Morning all!

Well I've been to the doctors - I had to sit and wait for an hour, but got there in the end, and the good news is that I've been prescribed a lower dose of the medication and when I've taken that month's worth, I can stop taking them - the extra month is just to make sure I don't get any rebound symptoms. :j

Went to MrT on the way home to get a couple of bits that I'd forgotten to put on the list at the weekend, and have just decluttered the cereal bar from my lunchbox with a cup of tea.

Unfortunately the agency called to say that my full day on Wednesday has been cancelled, but I've got an afternoon slot now at another easier school, so that's ok.

Not sure if there are any on the go at the moment, but if there aren't does anyone want to join me in a HHC 11.15-11.45?

Hugs to all who need or want them.

    sexymouse xx
