You really need to send your claim by Special Delivery as this must be signed for. The best address to use would be:

Low Fare Finder House
Leeds Bradford International Airport
Leeds
West Yorkshire
LS19 7TU

Make sure you only send copies of your receipts and keep the originals yourself.

Although Jet2 like other airlines were doing everything they could to help people(or so our group felt), it did let itself down in one area which we found difficult to deal with. We could not get through to any helpdesk to change our flights free of charge which we understand due to the volume of people stranded and do not blame anyone for this. However the website stated that we could pay and re-book our flights and claim back these costs. Now that sounds very good but for our group of 12 to re-book was going to cost £3500+. The point here was that everytime another flight was cancelled- and again nobody to blame- another member of our group had to see if they had £3500+ on their credit card to try to secure a flight!!

In the end we gave up after 2 re-books and close to £8000 maxed on two credit cards and stayed where we were until the dust had settled:rotfl:
