Seriously?! Where were they? (rhetorical question). Ah yes....one very quick look later and I think I see.....back for another read.
Considering that I'm paying about as much for water here as I did from South West (?) Water - and they are renowned for being extremely dear....then what are they doing with all our money?0 -

This is not so much sneaky, as unexpected: we had a day out at a museum where they have rescued really old houses, hovels, cottages, churches, etc and rebuilt them in three 'villages'. Entrance was free because we have an annual pass to a different museum. We had planned to take the hop on hop off horse drawn carriage and have tea in one of the small inns, but both carriage and inns only accepted cash, which we did not bring enough of. So, we had a picknick (prepared by me in the morning) and shared three hot cocoas between the four of us, without whipped cream. Are you wombling, too, in '22? € 58,96 = £ 52.09Wombling in Restrictive Times (2021) € 2.138,82 = £ 1,813.15Wombabeluba 2020! € 453,22 = £ 403.842019's wi-wa-wombles € 2.244,20 = £ 1,909.46Wombling to wealth 2018 € 972,97 = £ 879.54Still a womble 2017 #25 € 7.116,68 = £ 6,309.50Wombling Free 2016 #2 € 3.484,31 = £ 3,104.590

Batch cooking, to put meals in the freezer when you have time, is both productive and money saving. It will save time during a busy week and help you not stop for a TA when you're tired and don't want to cook. You can take it out in the morning or warm it in the microwave if you forget. Then you simply can put on rice, pasta, a potato and/or make salad. It's a wonderful way to use up the veggies that have been lurking in your fridge, and you don't have to do a full cook on week nights.
What kind of meals do you make when you batch cook? I make pasta sauce, soups and stews, beans, chili, etc. I like to cook a large skillet of mince with onion and garlic and portion it to have for full meal size recipes. That way, one step is done. I also cook and shred chicken etc.
A lot of us started out batch cooking and then got busy with life. It really is worth the time to plan and do!Overprepare, then go with the flow.

Made extra meatloaf of which half will go in the freezer. Why use the oven twice when you can double a recipe and freeze. Saves money!Overprepare, then go with the flow.
