mmm i wrote a post yesterday but it seems to have disappeared! Unless i accidently put it on fridays post!!! LOL who knows!!

    Right today -

Wrap SIL and FIL birthday presents in paper from stock
Cards form card factory - £2.60 for the 4 cards which is GREAT for me - worked out pre LBM i would have spend about £7-8 on these 4 cards!!
Walk from a lovely pub on exmoor down to the stoney beach - throwing stones in the sea is a fave with the kids
Lunch at the pub for SIL and FIL's birthdays. - not very MSE but cheaper than doing a dinner somewhere!
List ebay iems tonight that i have photographed and weighed
prepare ebay parcel to go tomorrow
    Keep heating off
Bath the kids making sure i don't use too much water
    Put bread on
    Make lunches for tomorrow
    Ironing
    Hokey Cokey

Thats me for today i think.

I hope everyone is having a sunny day. The weather has changed here suddenly and it rained overnight. Bit wet so wellies for the walk i think. Will have to see if MIL still wants to do it....this is a woman who lives in stilletos!!!

  • Ouch! That's steep, Ineedtomake£. You're probably best off asking your HR department to explain the payslip - they'll probably get calls like that all the time. Don't fret till Monday! Enjoy the weekend and all your sorting out xx

Its bad isnt it, my OH wants me to cancel it and pay money into an account for the future. I will go into them on Monday, thank you, its hard though not to fret hey as its such a lot of money and I just wish I knew what those words mean on my payslip.

Hope your having a good weekend! I am definately in the finish rooms off, sort as much as I can out, sell on ebay and be proud of the house! I have been really lazy with it and normally would keep on top but hey my mind is ready!!!! xx
  • Hey determined, hugs to you. You seem such a strong person and will be great at supporting her. Just want to let you know we are all here to support you! xx
  • Hi everyone, hope you are all ok!!!

Well the whole pension has confused me even more, got wage slip and they have deducted £176 from me  no wonder why i am on such a tight budget this month. Then over the other side of the slip it says Misc Grossed up and Gross make up - what does this mean??? who knows?? we should all go back to putting the money under the mattress like back in the day.

Well my list is quiet small at the moment as I want to focus on one thing - continuing the sorting out! this month is going to be a tight month so its going to be a productive month!!!!

apart from the sorting out I am going to:

    - hokey cokey and out on the line
    - turn the heating off
    - check online banking

well i will be back later!!! have a good day!!!

Arghhhhhhhhhh I am so not happy!!! I have just checked my credit score and it has gone down not up since name change on there. I am really not happy about that.... at all!!! I cant believe it.

    Same as yesterday:

    - the heating is off!
    - checked online banking - naughty me didnt budget for a birthday - will need to find the money else where to compensate!! Ebay here we come!!!

    Today I really need to:

    - List on ebay!!! Have got lots to list! Bag of clothes have found are all creased so will need to iron to make them look presentable!! Has anyone ever had any luck listing mens clothes??

    - I need to do some hokey cokey but it will need to go on the airer as its raining!

    well will be back later!

Can I ask fellow SWers for some support? I just cant get my head into gear and when I do my body just wont play ball :( I was really focused yesterday but ended up grabbing a sausage roll as I almost fainted :o wouldnt mind but I had eaten enough. I have to sort this out NOW though, as I am out of target (not seen it in many months) and am heading up not down. As of 10 days ago I was 9lb over my target. I have just put on a pair of summer trousers and they wont do up! My fave top from last summer is riding up at the back . I think thats the kick I need, but I need some inspiration with food and snacks for a bit till I get in gear. If its ok I will try and list my food plan daily on the thread.

    Ok, today I have:
    • Had a lie in before my rude earlies start tomorrow
    • Given myself a telling off for being a bit tubby :rotfl:
    • Done some housework
    And I will:
    • Do more housework and vacuum through Done
    • Put dry HC away!!
    • Meals from stores Done
    • NSD Done
    • Sort kids baths, clothes and lunchboxes for tomorrow Done
    • Sort work stuff for OH and myself, inc breakfasts Done
    • Check banking Done
    • Check Amazon sales Done
    • Check PB Done
    • Water seedlings and turn pots Done
    • Look at car ins for 2nd car Done, still not decided!
    • Sort through my bedroom and move some bits about
    Foodwise I am having:
Breakfast: 2 x eggs on 2 slices wholemeal toast (400g loaf) with a tablespoon of fruity sauce (1 syn)
Lunch: Small jacket spud with tuna and salad
Dinner: Pork medallions, new pots and veg with a bit of bovril 'gravy'
    Snacks: Apples, grapes, muller light

Hi all, big hugs to you determined new ms! We are all here for you if you need to talk. I really hope that what seems like an impossible situation now will turn out to be a blessing in the long run.

    This weekend I:-

    1) Took T to Adventure Wonderland yesterday, using our season ticket. Took our own drinks.
    2) Bought a couple of DVDs and a lovely top for T at the car booty.
    3) Ordered T's bday pressie from Tesco via Quidco. Rather early, but it was a great deal with extra clubcard points so thought it best to do it now rather than miss out. Other family members are contributing to it too. Now, where can I hide an 8ft trampoline?!!!
    3) Dropped B off at a free music festival and packed her a lunch.
    4) Put up a shaker peg rail in the bathroom. I bought it at the car booty a couple of weeks ago because my door hook has fallen out and left a big hole in the door. I just had a brainwave and have hidden the hole with a cute 50s style Coca-Cola magnet that I had on my fridge, and pinched some Blu-tack from one of B's posters. It looks very shabby chic!
    5) Checked banking, quidco, did SCs etc.
    6) Will do some gardening later. Some friends are bringing round some things to store in our garden as they don't have room. So we need to shuffle some bits about.
    7) Lots of hokey cokey drying outside.
    8) Sorted out some bits to sell at the car boot.

    Hi everyone

{{Determined new ms}} - thinking about you today so sending you some cyber hugs :) I hope everything works out for you and your DD. I'm sure you'll help her out as much as you can and even if she is being difficult just now and doesn't appreciate anything you do then I'm sure she will do in future. Hang in there.

Cleosmum - your diet plan is definitely DFW! Think of all those old clothes you'll be able to fit back into. :T I am aiming for 6lbs before I'm bridesmaid in June... Hmmm.

Today so far I've done nothing except read a book! So lazy but it was a lovely little novel and I was sobbing because it was so sad and couldn't put it down! Inside the Whale by Jennie Rooney, if you're interested...

Now I'm going to be productive and:
    • Have a cheap paracetamol (didn't buy the branded ones) cos my head hurts from my tears! :rotfl:I am a sucker for a sad story! Then cried at someone's story on the london marathon show! Tis the day for it!
    • Have a quick shower And didn't wash my hair as staying in
    • Do some washing all done. Need to get another little circular thing for socks.
    • Wash the dishes while the water is still hot OH did
    • Do a list on mysupermarket for a little weekly shop
    • Read some stuff for work. Boo. All done.
    • Get stuff ready for the rest of the week and the early mornings - working a half day tomorrow so am gently easing myself into the week ahead! :j
    • Get a bag together for the charity shop Can hopefully take it tomorrow
    • Might ebay a few things 2 items; 2 watchers! Need to verify my payp a/c before I can list any more ?!
    • Put a cheque in my bag so I remember to take it to the bank tomorrow All done - will be paid off cc when the cheque clears.
Take care everyone. Catch up later.

    xx
