Loving all the music vibes going on, I love 80's stuff as it takes me back to my youth...amazing how a song can literally make you feel the way you did back then, some songs though strangely actually make me taste malibu and orange :p

the body issue stuff is weird, some days I feel fine and confident but today I felt awful about myself, think its hormonal..

FUAS I didn't manage last night af so have failed the 96hr challenge but am planning on doing 3 nights anyway so can I still stay on board with you all...

Paulo loved you post comparing last year to this, it really is motivating to see stuff like that, bet you feel great now you have realised how much has improved in a year...

I am on 1 day af for May please DB.

Budgie, hope your treadmill is ok now and not 'kinky' I love Aerosmith too, has to be played really loud as well, I would love to see them live...I didn't know about mr budgie moving out, hope you are doing ok xx

HB glad you are feeling more chipper today, you sound like a beautiful person to me anyway x

Marru you are a real superwoman what with all your running and lock opening etc and dog walking, you must be really fit....this is something I need ot work on, I really need to find a way to get more fit that I can fit in with my life....

anyway off to drink my camomile tea now and to bed...

Thanks, and yes it did really hit home once I'd written it down. Thinking it in itself was a boost after feeling so down in the dumps yesterday but writing it down was even better.

For too long in my life, I've resorted to pressing the self destruct button whenever I've felt down and after yesterday's blues, I woke up quite anxious and worried that I'd feel that way indefinitely.

But I'm glad to report that despite work being quite stressful today, I got my head down and got through a mountain of work, then went straight home without stopping at the pub for a 'reward'. I hoovered the whole house, sorted out two loads of washing, popped to the shop for some food for dinner(steak and chips which cost me just £3 in total) and sat myself down to watch the excellent programme 'Luther' which was on just now on BBC1.

What I thought would be a bad day turned into a great day and I want more of them.

Thanks everyone, I know sometimes my posts may be a bit on the long and rambling side so I hope I haven't infringed on this very supportive and useful space too much.

    Good night.
    jusqu'ici tout va bien

Same as 69 chick here, Merry day 1/16 and tue of the challenge but I blew Monday out of the water.

I've been feeling rough all day. Resisted the beer in the buffet car on the train and had sausage and mash. Apparently I've lost a pound this week but I think it's dehydration!

    Good luck tomorrow WB.

    Sleep well everyone.
