    I've got about 3 months worth of music on mp3 but somehow it just doesn't feel the same as sitting down with a glass of wi-- I mean, a cup of coffee/tea and sticking an old crackly Sinatra record.

    Good evening,

    Good day today, had a perfect run to work this morning, didn't do my interval session after work thou as went to library instead. I have been dog walking so nice little leg loosener. Aiming to do my interval on Thu or Fri afternoon. Tempo session tomorrow morning :)

    Oh - managed to get hold of Budgie's training video ;)
