Thanks, NRA. I'm very disappointed cos I woke up with a 'new month' new me resolve. Maybe ill just have to practice today like randomname :rotfl:

DB, that's disgusting! Have they offered you alternatives?

Was planning to cook something spectacular this evening but OH has decided we are all going up town to the cinema, which means we'll probably be home too late for anything too technical. Was looking at a recipe for Vietnamese lamb shanks

Your food always sounds so delicious Jo. Do you have the recipe for that one? Easy jet offered me a flight arriving at 23:00 instead of
17:15. When you are only going for 2 nights that is useless!!

I have changed the booking to go Mon to Wed instead of Sun to Tues but its a pain!

DB, you will have to wait till later for the recipe as I have no laptop internet access and can't remember where I got it from. It might have been goodfood.com? Maybe go on there and do a search in the recipe bit for Vietnamese lamb shanks?

This is the one weekend I didn't bring my work laptop home, so frustrating cos I set up a bluetooth connection through my phone to the laptop so wouldve been service as usual

DC, I didn't get a chance to do it yesterday, was planning on doing all 3 this morning *rolleyes*

I'm having a well lazy day today watching the athletics and F1 qualifying, curled up on the sofa with my candle burning nicely

Walked up to the shops to get a few bits in and have done some washing

Otherwise just feel like lounging around doing nothing today as feel tired

Tomorrow will be a busy day but that's fine

Think I might update the list now while sat on here!
