Good Morning guy and gals
I haven't slept again.
Body clock was getting back to normal Friday, Saturday..
Last night though, I just didn't sleep at all, as all the guilt came back for the things I did to my ex Girlfriend. How I wished I'd treated her better.
How much I miss my Mum, my Nan.
No career.
Debt.
Loneliness.
No friends.
Can't afford to even cook a meal, for the one lady who's been there these lay few months.
Sorry folks.
Just feel pretty down again, and I wish it would go.
Scary, as I know that now, hidig away from it all with booze, just isn't an option.
What then?
Gonna try and get some kip.
Night / Morning,

ShaggyWhat do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.0 -

Kids had a late one last night, so only woke me at 8.20 yay....only drank moderately yesterday as was driving and then finished off my bottle of wine from Sat Night when I got home so am feeling ok today.....
Can I join the 96hr challenge please fuas tonight will be tough as we are planning on watching a few episodes of 24 and that usually involves vino, dh will be drinking too, but I am hoping that joining in with the challenge will help me stay strong
Jo, Hope you are still feeling optimistic this morning hun x
Budgie, loving the wedding story :rotfl: hope it went well in the end...
I am with you all on that flat feeling, think that as my biggest trigger actually, why oh why does wine in the evenings seem to make everything okwell it is obviously just masking stuff...
SIm, hope you are feeling better this morning, just remember you can't change the past but you can make a huge difference to your future, just try living each day as best you can and hopefully other things will fall into place - you are doing great right now x

Morning all, exhausted!!
I have a full day ahead, keeping busy for the 1st of 4 AF days.
I intend on taking a job lot of washing to the launderette in a minute (hoping that it's not shut as it's a BH when I get there ), then grab some shopping, then come home and dismantle DD2's cot bed that she's now almost grown out of. Argos are delivering her a new bed on Saturday. So I am hoping for good weather as I will be putting dismantled cot-bed out in the front garden and hopefully the magical overnight removal service will drive along in their van and swipe it whilst no-ones looking....otherwise I'll have to haul it to the dump at the weekend
Then the rest of the evening will be sorting out clothes and uniform for the week, watching the soaps and making curried goat
How's everyone?

Jo, I'm exhausted just reading that
I'm still sitting in my PJ's waiting for the family to get out of their pits. If I feel really energetic later I might scrape the flakey paint off the bathroom ceiling where it leaked during the snow. But other than that I'm just trying to avoid any housework. This time I haven't smoked since 6th Jan 2014 and still going ok.
Fingers crossed x0
