Anyone want to take part in a whole 96 hours free from alcohol meaning you can achieve a whole 4 days AF in the wink of an eye :D

Me too please Sparkles! 12.6 units of booze last night and feeling lethargic and headachy today. Although I can actually remember how much I had for a change.

Off to find a bag of motivation, there must be one stashed around here somewhere!

Budgie, hope they fix your machine soon. Lamarsi - welcome back!!

I suddenly got an intense craving out of nowhere. I took two Kudzu already. I only have 2 tablets left, I think I will take them as well.

I think I will go and rustle up something delicious in the kitchen as a distraction and maybe get a glass of coke with some lime wedges and ice.:j

Have done nothing so far today! Am thinking about the gym or going for a run...

Last chance for a lie in and I couldn't sleep. Went out on Bikey and I've found the most beautiful place.

I've ridden past the turn off loads of times assuming it was just a bit of a dirt track but today I went down. Got to get back there as there is loads to explore.

Done 53 miles in total and I think I've pulled something in my knee...had to pedal back using just my left leg. Bit like a WW2 bomber coming back to base on one engine.
