    God this is depressing.

I am so poor, I can't even afford to nip out and buy chocolate! :-(

I just reported it Sim (I think!).

I had a glass on wine with dinner - just one and now I feel totally sleepy and apathetic - just cannot be bothered to all the things I should be doing on a Sunday before school/work (we don't have the bank holiday monday here).

Sparkles, I'll join up for the 96 hour challenge if I may please. Failed miserably last time so I'll have a go and make it this time.
    Trying to keep in budget.

I quite agree - though sometimes I know my "bored" is self inflicted by not doing things I should be doing, like exercising or tidying up etc.

I think lonely is my biggest trigger but often disguised as bored or flat :(

Same with me. I can have a whole list of things I could be doing but suddenly don't want to do any of them.
