Right Im back!
Have had no internet for a few days which has been carp
Had a mare last night so my AF May is not off to a good start
However, Im going to let it be my reminder of why I don't want to
drink as its very fresh in my mind.
So DB can you please put me down for 1AFD as I will not be drinking today.
Sparkles can I please join your challenge I am determined to be AF next week
SIM, after all the f**k ups alcohol has caused me, I just want a quiet sober life, not the stress and anguish the comes with excessive drinking.
What I do when Im bored is go for a run, it makes everything seem so much better being out in the fresh air. Take care x0 -

Hi Sparkles, I'll join your 96 hour challenge, thanks.
Could be a wobbly tea time - my friends are coming round with their children shortly and normally us ladies have a couple wines whilst the boys are in charge. But I'm not going to and I don't think my friend is going to like it. I can't really be ars*d to explain myself to her (she is a gem and she would understand) but I don't want to talk about it and then them talk me into a wine. Does that make sense?
Anyway - I'm motivated to do this, I know why I want to stop drinking and its my choice. Right then, I'll put the kettle on and we'll see how it goes ....... :eek:This time I haven't smoked since 6th Jan 2014 and still going ok.
Fingers crossed x0 -

Thanks guys, for reminding me that the booze is just not worth it!
Feel a bit better, after enjoying a reheated Chinese chicken curry and rice (Thanks to my ex - Girlfriend kindly treating us).
Mari - spot on about exercise :-)
I'm *hopefully* going to buy a mountain bike, in the next week or two.. with the money I get (when PayPal release the £140!) from an EBay sale.
So, I'm looking forward to getting back in biking.
Used to love it, but due to drinking, increasingly heavily over the years, I let it fall by the wayside.
Have found a gorgeous bike, at a very competitive price!
Bit steep though, so might have to get a second hand one -
The Dawes I'd like to go for is a lovely bike -
