Awww to all of you struggling out there

Would you like me to set up another Mon-Thurs 96 hour challenge to help?

    Hour by hour
    day by day
    we can get there
    we can get there
    some deep breaths in
    then more deep breaths
    slow exhale
    calm mind down
reconsider what we are thinking if craving and just go for it AF

Hope to help you all get there as I am not struggling at all at the moment and the bells only tinkle quietly for me.

There is a strong connection to drinking on the Bank Hols and sunny weather. Why did any of us want to cut down in the first place or stop.

Discover what we are like in our personality without alcohol suppressing our moods and emotions.

I'm offering a hand of support to anyone who wants one - little steps to get to the first point then we can congratulate ourselves and aim for the next point.

But also the future. That is yours. Don't give it away.

    Hiya Bis

Many Thanks for your kind words.

You make *a lot* of sense!

It is scary how booze can creep up on you, and take you unawares..

As you say, the future is our own.

    Thanks again,

    You take care too,

Sim (proud to say I'm 1 week and 2 days sober..the longest I've managed in a while) :)

    PS -

    Bah, I give up!

How on earth, do I emphasise Bis' words in red - ie - his words after where I've tried to change to red text, and before my words, "It's the feelings" etc ?!

    Cheers,

Sim (who isn't blonde honest..) :)

If you mean like what I just did (great English, I know!) I just highlighted your words & clicked on the red colour option - does that help?
