    Hello,

Waves madly to everybody - hope eveyone well. No news from the job. Other very stressfull stuff going on  I was going to give up ADs but now I think I need to see GP as have had bad few days. Better now thanks to BF and some rather strong pain killers and extra sleep. Was tempted to have a drink today but had pizza and chocolate instead. Much better. So that means 25 please Sparkles. :)

What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.

    Good morning everyone
Well, I totally lost it over the weekend and feel very ashamed of myself. Still, its a brand new week and a fresh start. I will not drink today for one very good reason. My wife is having a cataract removed today and I will take her to the hospital later and will need to pick her up this evening. I will also need to be responsible for her over the next few days. Not the best of motives but I will get a start in accumulating AF days.
Well done to everyone who are meeting their personal targets.
    Will report back tomorrow.
Of all the things I've lost, I miss my mind the most.
