Jo, try that ham, mega easy to do and can use practically anything as a glaze. I used marmalade, mustard and brown sugar today as was all I had in
Costings £7.50 for 1.4kg gammon
3 adults fed, leftovers taken home for 2 or 4 meals
Left for me at least some to put in a pie mix with a chicken breast - min 2 meals
Ham, pea and cream pasta - at least 2 meals
Possible some more out of it - will see how far I can stretch it! Minimum 9 meals not too bad if it seem a bit expensive at first
