    Good Evening guys and gals.

Hope you all enjoyed your weekend, and had a good start to your week.

I've had a quiet one, at home, with Girlfriend, pizza and TV. All good.

Sober here. 10 days now :)

    Night night,

Drank too much over the weekend (not out of control but made me feel very bloated and sluggish) and then slept little because it was so hot here last night. Felt yuk this morning. It's been a relief to have an AF day.

    11AF please Sparkles.

Good to hear you sounding positive and happier Sim. Well done to everyone else who's managed an AF day.

Good that your posting regularly HB, sorry there's been nobody about to chat with you tonight. Stick in there hun, it will get better.

    'night all.

I'm having another AF day today so that will be 8 please.

I don't really feel like being AF as I'm supposed to be off out socialising tonight but I haven't met my targets for a few months this year so I want at least 10 AF days this month.

I haven't had any booze for a few days now and I look like utter carp, such bags under my eyes.:rotfl:

    Hope everyone is okay. :A

Jo - why are you off to work? Don't you get school holidays?

No I work full time at this job DB, suits me, lots of peace and quiet to get stuff done :D

    When are your tests?

Perfect sense to me, welcome to my world :)

115K, well done on your AF'ness so far xxxx

69chick, why are you throwing all the food away  can't you take it with you? When are you moving darn sarf?

NRA, good luck finding a cheap deal xx

SSG, have a less stressful day at work ;)

    Morning to everyone else

Best go look for something to eat to take to work, on second thoughts, might pop down the high road at lunchtime and get pie n mash

Unfortunately boss is in today (prob the only day he's doing for the first 3 weeks of the summer hols, which means that I won't be able to have BBC iplayer on through my headphones whilst I'm pretending to work ;) Well no, actually, just for the record, I didn't put iplayer on till 3pm yesterday and I did work solid from 8am to 3pm creating a whole new filing system, then I had a panic cos I realised I needed to fit 2 eastenders in in less than an hour and then would you know it, hadn't talked to a soul all day long but suddenly people started coming in talking to me *rolleyes*

Anyway, not late, believe it or not, but off to make another coffee and get ready for work, bye for now xx

    Morning all!

Fay says good morning too - she hasn't got internet this morning so wanted me to say "Hi" to everyone

NRA - foots ok thanks, has good days and bad days. Piglet behaving himself, sort of;). Where were you looking at to go away?

HB - More ((hugs)) for you !!

Maman - know what you mean about that bloated feeling - I find my face looks very puffy the day after I've had a drink. Not a good look!

We went to bed very early last night - both OH and I felt exhausted. I was watching Two and a Half men, which I normally love, but could barely keep my eyes open. Then I spent what felt like ALL the night dreaming about cooking courgettes!!! (I have a glut of them as my plants have gone bananas....must be playing on my mind!!). So got up this morning and starting cooking...have roast vegetables on the go and may have a bash at courgettes in passata and mozarella.

WIll be a long day - summer holidays Piglet doesn't start nursery till 3pm (yes, that sounds an odd time but I start work at 4pm). Must find some things to keep him busy. If it stays dry will wander up the park.

Anyway, must go check my courgettes!:rotfl:

    Have good mornings everyone

    Miss P
    xx

Hi everyone, Thanks to those who sent good wishes yesterday. Mrs Randomname's cataract op. a great success. Took eyepatch off this morning an eye looks perfectly normal. Amazing!
AF yesterday and am intending another today.
    Will report back tomorrow.
