Really?! Now that is odd! and spooky :Dghost.gif

Got on the scales this morning and my weight is moving in the wrong direction again:( It's like if I'm not totally focused on calorie counting I just start ballooning - mind you I have been eating rice crispy cakes and ring donoughts  so I shouldn't be too surprised. I will have to pop onto Louisej's dieting thread and hang my head in shame :D
What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.

It will be the 5th AF day for me today thanks.

I had two bottles of wine last night and I didn't even feel slightly drunk, just tired. Half way down the second bottle I was thinking that I don't have to drink all this wine just because it is opened but I still did. (I ignored the half bottle of voddy I had in the cupboard though!)

My counseller said one of my main issues is rebellion, I rebel against everything, even myself. I am starting to write down my feelings everyday and set daily goals and write down all the stuff I have to be grateful for and that seems to be helping.

I am feeling quite chirpy today despite drinking so much. Just had some fruit for breakfast and now want some toast and marmite. :)

Sorry some people are having such a bad time. ((Hugs))

BTW Can anyone recommend a non alcoholic aperitif for the evenings???? I thought i would just drink slimline tonic water, but i have a bottle of gin in the fridge that would go nicely with it.....

Hi all, have picked up a Luton van and we are getting ready to pack it for the first journey down tomorrow (going to do 2 runs)..

Wasn't af last night but only had 1 can of lager, sort of feeling like it after a long day of packing/ironing/packing some more/dealing with the kids etc. but realised half way through the can that I was really more thirsty than anything!!

Well done on your first af day randomname and good luck for today, like Jo said it is a great thread with a really good mix of people, hope you stick around...

Miss P bah to those work colleagues, just keep your head down and ignore them, office politics is an awful thing but there is usually something else for people to moan about after a while...

right gotta shift a wardrobe now....

    Afternoon everyone!

Randomname - well done on the AF day!

Shaggy - good to see you back!

I was AF yesterday - mainly because I went to pictures with a friend to see Eclipse (won't tell you much how I drooled.......)

The cinema trip was fun! I ran over a pigeon on the way, got stabbed in the leg by a bush getting out the car and then waited like a lemon for 20 minutes till me and friend worked out she was at one cinema and I was at the other! Cue mad dash across town to get there before film started. :rotfl::rotfl:(luckily it was HER fault, not mine, so I will never let her live it down!!!:rotfl:)

Work was ok. Discovered new girl bit of a backstabber - told Boss I'd shown her nothing so far. I told him I would leave her to it and we would see how much I hadn't shown her. By end of evening she had more-or-less proved herself a liar. Not keen on that. Will be keeping myself to myself in future. Do, my work and go home. Thats gonna be my policy!

Anyway, must do some housework...back in ten minutes :rotfl:

    Miss P
    xx
