DB what sort of pic to you want? You've got the smilies to the right of the reply box that you just click on or you can copy and paste most images from the internet.

Sometimes you have to get all technical and save them in somewhere like photobucket first and just post the code from their into your message

I had stir fried green pepper and red onions, beans with white basmati rice for breakfast. It was nice but obviously quite unconventional.

I'm going out to buy a loaf of bread so I can have marmalade on toast for my lunch.:p
