  • Hi All

Apolgies have had a great weekend with friends and my darling BF but god Im a mess.

Had a great BBQ last night, drank a bit but not excessive but have been so tired all day with heat etc.

However tonight ...been so naughty to the extent not sure I can face work tomorrow.

Not a good move only been back since April but so tired,

Sorry Im rambling, hope all are well

    Evening NRA

Hope you are Ok. You've had a little too much but try to get to bed and force yourself into work tomorrow and just ride it out if you feel hungover.

If you really can't go in cite food poisoning or something similar if you think you will get away with it.

Err on the side of caution though.

Hope you are feeling better tomorrow, even if you feel like !!!!!! at the start of the day you know yourself that you will feel better as the day progresses

Take care and don't beat yourself up!

Wasn't it Frank Sinatra that said if you don't drink then when you wake up in the morning, that's the best you're gonna feel all day :rotfl:

Chin up NRA, hope you don't feel too bad in the morning but focus on the recovery and knowing it will wear off soon.

Oh and drink a pint of water before you go to bed.

    Xx
