Morning all - reporting AFD 12 for yesterday.

No bells ringing and I kept myself busy all day and once I got over the disappointment of the football finally managed to get off to sleep and woke up a little groggy as a result!

    Morning All :hello:

I wasn't AF yesterday. Had 3 glasses of wine over many hours. However, had a really bad nights sleep, kept having a recurring night mare where this english goalie spilled the ball into the goal  I kept having this dream/nightmare over-and-over QTqemT0E43460390.gif Then I woke up and remembered it was true:( Pah!

    Anyhoo,

What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.

NRA you might be drunk, fed up and lonely but you're certainly not useless, sometimes it's really hard. Tomorrow is another day and all that just see how you get on and don't put yourself under too much pressure about it X

5 AFS for me MISS P.

I think I will be AF for the next 6 weeks as I have broken my ankle and need 100% concentration to hop around. Also medication I am on does not allow alcohol :) Don't fancy it anyway:T:T

    Fed up though:(

    Hope you are all OK.

    Love
